Refunds and Returns

Refund Policy: 

Your purchase of a product or service or ticket to an event may or may not provide for any refund. Each specific product, service, event or course will specify its own refund policy.  In all cases of merchandise refund, the original merchandise must be returned in the same new and unused fashion as you originally received.  In case of any apparel, all original tags and labels must be intact and in place.

All products carry a 30 day return warranty from date of original purchase receipt. In case of manufacturer defect of our product, original item must be returned and will be replaced at our discretion.

Should you purchase a product from our site that is from a third party vendor, you must contact that vendor and follow their procedures for return and/or replacement.  We will assist in providing you with that vendor information when necessary.

Should you request a refund for any valid reason within COMPANY guidelines, COMPANY will be diligent in their attempts to process the refund in the most expedient time allowed.  Any refunds will be handled according to standard banking practices as governed by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).  Please be advised that credit card refunds can take up to two full business banking and/or statement cycles to be reflected on your 

account statement.  This is something that is out of our control.   

You must contact us in advance for any and all returns to receive a Return Material Authorization(RMA).  All Returns must have the RMA listed on the outside of the return packaging.  The COMPANY is not responsible for any costs for return shipping.  Cost(s) involved for return shipping are at and bourn to the responsibility of the customer.   The return shipping address is noted as ...
